One of my daughter's favorite meals is princess pasta. Princess pasta is really any shaped pasta with a little butter and parmesan cheese. Of course, finding the right pasta is the challenge.
Pasta can be manufactured with other pastas that include egg in the recipe. Since I never wanted to take any chances, I have used DeCecco pasta (http://www.dececcousa.com/) which does not contain egg and according to the packaging is not processed with eggs or products that contain egg. I am certain there are other products out there that do not contain egg or is manufactured with egg. But why search if I have a brand that I trust. I hope you find a brand that you trust - there are so many to choose from.
I have even made lasagne with DeCecco noodles and Bailey loves it!
