Hello again!
I wanted to share another fun eggless treat for kids! This was very simple and took barely any work on my end but the kids loved it! Kids love to work in the kitchen and cook alongside you. This activity was not only easy but it didn't even dirty a dish - which is even better!
You will need some paper plates, premade biscuit dough (Pillsbury or generic brands will work but double check the label to ensure that it doesn't contain egg), cinnamon, and granulated sugar. You will also need a cookie sheet with a layer of aluminum foil.
Now the fun begins! Bailey and her cousins, Chloe and Kadin made these this past weekend and boy did they have fun! I gave each child their own paper plate with two rounds of dough, they shaped it, and then dipped it in a sugar and cinnamon mixture. We baked them on the foil cookie sheet and they had fun treats to eat! They had so much shaping them and playing with them!!
This is truly a fun activity that the kids will remember for a while. I know Bailey talked about it throughout the weekend!
Enjoy!!

Cake Mix Cake
I love making cakes from scratch but I know that not everyone has the time or the patience to do this! I found a fun way to use the store bought cake mix as an eggless recipe (borrowed from a recipe I found online).
You first find a cake mix that you would like to use, double check the box to make sure that there isn't any egg in the mixture. You mix in one can of diet coke or you can use regular coke if you don't want the artificial sugar and you can also use noncaffinated soda as well if that bothers you. Mix it all together and bake it per the directions on the box - and there you go! You have a great cake without egg!
We make a strawberry cake just this past week and Bailey loved it! Samuel did also!
Enjoy!
